Setting Up Bookings
Section titled “Setting Up Bookings”1. Configure Business Hours
Section titled “1. Configure Business Hours”- Go to Settings > Bookings
- Set operating hours:
- Days open (Mon-Sun)
- Opening time
- Closing time
- Save
2. Configure Time Slots
Section titled “2. Configure Time Slots”| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Duration | Session length (30min, 1hr, etc.) |
| Buffer | Time between bookings |
| Advance limit | How far ahead to book |
| Minimum notice | Required notice time |
3. Add Resources (Optional)
Section titled “3. Add Resources (Optional)”For multiple staff/rooms:
- Go to Settings > Bookings > Resources
- Add resources:
- Staff members
- Rooms
- Equipment
- Set availability per resource
Creating Booking Products
Section titled “Creating Booking Products”- Create new product
- Set type: Booking
- Configure:
- Name (e.g., “1-Hour Consultation”)
- Price
- Duration
- Link to resource (optional)
- Save
Customer Booking Flow
Section titled “Customer Booking Flow”- Customer selects booking product
- Chooses available date
- Selects time slot
- Completes checkout
- Receives confirmation

Section titled “View Bookings”- Orders > Bookings - List view
- Orders > Calendar - Calendar view
Booking Statuses
Section titled “Booking Statuses”| Status | Meaning |

| Confirmed | Booking accepted |
| Pending | Awaiting confirmation |
| Completed | Service delivered |
| Cancelled | Booking cancelled |
| No-show | Customer didn’t arrive |
Modify Bookings
Section titled “Modify Bookings”- Find booking in list
- Click to open
- Reschedule or cancel
- Customer notified automatically
Calendar View
Section titled “Calendar View”The calendar shows:
- Upcoming bookings
- Available slots
- Resource utilization
Color-coded by status.
- Set buffer time - Avoid back-to-back burnout
- Require deposit - Reduce no-shows
- Send reminders - Automated notifications
- Block holidays - Mark unavailable dates
- Limit advance bookings - Reasonable timeframe
