Quick Start Guide

Follow these steps to launch your first store.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Section titled “Step 1: Create Your Account”
  1. Go to pintas.turbospark.my/signup
  2. Enter your email and create a password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. You’ll be redirected to your dashboard

Step 2: Set Up Your Store

Section titled “Step 2: Set Up Your Store”

In your dashboard, you’ll see a Setup Checklist. Complete each item:

  1. Go to Stores in the sidebar
  2. Click your store
  3. Upload your logo (400x400px recommended)

Add Your First Product

Section titled “Add Your First Product”
  1. Go to Products
  2. Click Add Product
  3. Fill in:
    • Product name
    • Description
    • Price (in MYR)
    • At least one image
  4. Set status to Active
  5. Click Save

Connect WhatsApp

Section titled “Connect WhatsApp”
  1. Go to Settings > General
  2. Enter your WhatsApp number with country code (+60)
  3. Save

Set Up Payment Method

Section titled “Set Up Payment Method”
  1. Go to Settings > Payments
  2. Enable at least one method:
    • WhatsApp Checkout (easiest to start)
    • Cash on Delivery
    • Stripe (for card payments)
  3. Save

Customize Your Storefront

Section titled “Customize Your Storefront”
  1. Go to Website > Appearance
  2. Choose your colors
  3. Add a hero banner (optional)
  4. Save

Launch Your Store

Section titled “Launch Your Store”
  1. Return to Dashboard
  2. Click the Publish toggle in the top-right
  3. Your store is now live!

Step 3: Share Your Store

Section titled “Step 3: Share Your Store”

Your store URL is:

https://pintas.turbospark.my/your-store-slug
