How do I access my admin panel?

Can I have multiple stores?
Section titled “Can I have multiple stores?”Yes! Go to Stores to create and manage multiple stores.
How do I change my store URL?
Section titled “How do I change my store URL?”Go to Settings > General and edit the Store Slug field.
Products

Section titled “What product types can I sell?”Physical, Digital, Booking, and Subscription products.
How do I add product variants?
Section titled “How do I add product variants?”Edit your product, click Manage Options, add option types and values.
Why isn’t my product showing?
Section titled “Why isn’t my product showing?”Check: Status is Active, inventory > 0, product is in a collection, store is published.
What image sizes should I use?
Section titled “What image sizes should I use?”Products: 1000x1000px square. Hero: 1920x600px. Logo: 400x400px.
Payments

Section titled “What payment methods are available?”Stripe, WhatsApp Checkout, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Billplz, BayarCash, and Chip.
How do I set up Stripe?
Section titled “How do I set up Stripe?”Create a Stripe account, get API keys, configure webhooks, add to Settings > Payments.
Why isn’t my payment showing as Paid?
Section titled “Why isn’t my payment showing as Paid?”Check webhook configuration. For manual payments, you must mark orders as paid manually.
How do I refund an order?
Section titled “How do I refund an order?”For Stripe: Open order, click Refund. For manual payments: process outside Pintas.
Shipping
Section titled “Shipping”How do I set up shipping rates?
Section titled “How do I set up shipping rates?”Go to Settings > Shipping and add rates (flat, weight-based, or free shipping threshold).
How do I offer free shipping?
Section titled “How do I offer free shipping?”Add a rate with RM0 cost and set a minimum order value.
How do I enable self-pickup?
Section titled “How do I enable self-pickup?”Go to Settings > Delivery, enable Self Pickup, enter your address.
Domain & SEO

Section titled “How do I use my own domain?”Go to Settings > Domain, enter your domain, configure DNS CNAME record pointing to pintas.turbospark.my.
Why isn’t my custom domain working?
Section titled “Why isn’t my custom domain working?”DNS propagation takes 24-48 hours. Check records at dnschecker.org.
Does my store have a sitemap?
Section titled “Does my store have a sitemap?”Yes, at your-store-url/sitemap.xml. Submit to Google Search Console.
Account & Security

Section titled “How do I add staff members?”Go to Settings > Staff, click Invite Staff, enter email and role.
Is my store secure?
Section titled “Is my store secure?”Yes - SSL encryption, secure authentication, rate limiting, and data isolation.
Can I delete customer data (GDPR)?
Section titled “Can I delete customer data (GDPR)?”Customers without orders can be deleted. Contact support for data anonymization.
Technical Issues
Section titled “Technical Issues”My store is loading slowly
Section titled “My store is loading slowly”Compress images under 500KB, limit featured products, clear browser cache.
I’m getting a 404 error
Section titled “I’m getting a 404 error”Check if product/page exists and has Active status.
I can’t log in
Section titled “I can’t log in”Click “Forgot Password” or wait 15 minutes if rate limited.
Images aren’t uploading
Section titled “Images aren’t uploading”Check file size (<5MB), format (JPG/PNG/WebP), and try a different browser.
