Yes! Go to Stores to create and manage multiple stores.

Go to Settings > General and edit the Store Slug field.


Physical, Digital, Booking, and Subscription products.

Edit your product, click Manage Options, add option types and values.

Check: Status is Active, inventory > 0, product is in a collection, store is published.

Products: 1000x1000px square. Hero: 1920x600px. Logo: 400x400px.


Stripe, WhatsApp Checkout, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Billplz, BayarCash, and Chip.

Create a Stripe account, get API keys, configure webhooks, add to Settings > Payments.

Check webhook configuration. For manual payments, you must mark orders as paid manually.

For Stripe: Open order, click Refund. For manual payments: process outside Pintas.


Go to Settings > Shipping and add rates (flat, weight-based, or free shipping threshold).

Add a rate with RM0 cost and set a minimum order value.

Go to Settings > Delivery, enable Self Pickup, enter your address.


Go to Settings > Domain, enter your domain, configure DNS CNAME record pointing to pintas.turbospark.my.

DNS propagation takes 24-48 hours. Check records at dnschecker.org.

Yes, at your-store-url/sitemap.xml. Submit to Google Search Console.


Go to Settings > Staff, click Invite Staff, enter email and role.

Yes - SSL encryption, secure authentication, rate limiting, and data isolation.

Customers without orders can be deleted. Contact support for data anonymization.


Compress images under 500KB, limit featured products, clear browser cache.

Check if product/page exists and has Active status.

Click “Forgot Password” or wait 15 minutes if rate limited.

Check file size (<5MB), format (JPG/PNG/WebP), and try a different browser.
