WhatsApp Checkout
WhatsApp Checkout is the fastest way to start selling. Customers place orders and you handle payment manually.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Customer adds items to cart
- Proceeds to checkout
- Selects WhatsApp Checkout
- Redirected to WhatsApp with order details
- You chat and arrange payment
- Manually mark order as Paid
1. Add Your WhatsApp Number
Section titled “1. Add Your WhatsApp Number”- Go to Settings > General
- Find WhatsApp Number
- Select country code (+60 for Malaysia)
- Enter number (without leading 0)
- Save
Example: For 012-345-6789, enter 123456789
2. Enable WhatsApp Checkout
Section titled “2. Enable WhatsApp Checkout”- Go to Settings > Checkout
- Enable WhatsApp Checkout
- Save
Customer Experience
Section titled “Customer Experience”When a customer chooses WhatsApp Checkout:
- They click “Complete Order”
- WhatsApp opens with pre-filled message:
Hi! I'd like to order:
Order #12345- Product A x 2 - RM50.00- Product B x 1 - RM30.00

Processing WhatsApp Orders
Section titled “Processing WhatsApp Orders”1. Receive WhatsApp Message
Section titled “1. Receive WhatsApp Message”Order appears in your WhatsApp with all details.
2. Confirm with Customer
Section titled “2. Confirm with Customer”Reply to confirm:
- Items available
- Delivery timeline
- Payment instructions
3. Receive Payment
Section titled “3. Receive Payment”Accept payment via:
- Bank transfer
- DuitNow
- Touch ‘n Go
- Cash (if COD)
4. Mark Order as Paid
Section titled “4. Mark Order as Paid”- Go to Orders in Pintas
- Find the order
- Open order details
- Click Mark as Paid
- Confirm
5. Fulfill Order
Section titled “5. Fulfill Order”Ship the order and update tracking.
