WhatsApp Checkout

WhatsApp Checkout is the fastest way to start selling. Customers place orders and you handle payment manually.

  1. Customer adds items to cart
  2. Proceeds to checkout
  3. Selects WhatsApp Checkout
  4. Redirected to WhatsApp with order details
  5. You chat and arrange payment
  6. Manually mark order as Paid
  1. Go to Settings > General
  2. Find WhatsApp Number
  3. Select country code (+60 for Malaysia)
  4. Enter number (without leading 0)
  5. Save

Example: For 012-345-6789, enter 123456789

  1. Go to Settings > Checkout
  2. Enable WhatsApp Checkout
  3. Save

When a customer chooses WhatsApp Checkout:

  1. They click “Complete Order”
  2. WhatsApp opens with pre-filled message:
Hi! I'd like to order:
Order #12345
- Product A x 2 - RM50.00
- Product B x 1 - RM30.00
Subtotal: RM80.00
Shipping: RM10.00
Total: RM90.00
Name: Ahmad
Phone: 0123456789
Address: 123 Jalan ABC, KL
  1. You reply to confirm and arrange payment

Order appears in your WhatsApp with all details.

Reply to confirm:

  • Items available
  • Delivery timeline
  • Payment instructions

Accept payment via:

  • Bank transfer
  • DuitNow
  • Touch ‘n Go
  • Cash (if COD)
  1. Go to Orders in Pintas
  2. Find the order
  3. Open order details
  4. Click Mark as Paid
  5. Confirm

Ship the order and update tracking.
