Available Options

Self Pickup

Let customers collect orders from your location.

Setup

1. Go to Settings > Delivery
2. Enable Self Pickup
3. Enter:
   • Pickup address
   • Operating hours
   • Contact number
4. Save

Customer Experience

At checkout, customers can select:

• Delivery (pay shipping)
• Self Pickup (free)

They receive pickup instructions after order.

Express Delivery

Offer faster shipping for urgent orders.

Setup

1. Go to Settings > Shipping
2. Add new rate:
   • Name: Express Delivery
   • Price: RM 20
   • Estimated: 1-2 days
3. Save

Same Day Delivery

For local customers needing urgent delivery.

Setup

1. Add shipping rate:
   • Name: Same Day Delivery
   • Price: RM 25
   • Zone: Local only
   • Cutoff time: 2 PM
2. Save

Managing Same Day

• Set order cutoff time
• Limit to certain areas
• Use local runners/Grab
