Your customer list grows automatically as people purchase or follow your store.
Customer Segments
Section titled “Customer Segments”Customers are automatically categorized:

Customer Profile
Section titled “Customer Profile”Each customer record includes:
Contact Information
Section titled “Contact Information”- Name
- Phone number
- WhatsApp (if provided)
Location
Section titled “Location”- Address
- City
- State
- Country
History
Section titled “History”- Total orders
- Total spent (lifetime value)
- Last order date
- Order history
Add private notes about the customer for your reference.
How Customers Are Created
Section titled “How Customers Are Created”Customers enter your database when they:
- Place an order - Checkout creates customer record
- Follow your store - OTP verification adds them
- You add manually - For existing contacts
Adding Customers Manually
Section titled “Adding Customers Manually”Import existing customers:
- Go to Customers
- Click Add Customer
- Enter details:
- Name (required)
- Phone
- Address
- Save
Editing Customers
Section titled “Editing Customers”- Find customer in list
- Click to open profile
- Edit fields
- Save changes
Deleting Customers
Section titled “Deleting Customers”To delete a customer:
- Customer must have zero orders
- Click the delete action
- Confirm
For GDPR/data requests, contact support for anonymization.
Exporting Customers
Section titled “Exporting Customers”- Go to Customers
- Click Export
- Download CSV
Includes all customer data for:
- Email marketing
- Backup
- Migration
- Analysis

Section titled “Customer Communication”Via WhatsApp
Section titled “Via WhatsApp”Click the WhatsApp icon on any customer to:
- Send order updates
- Answer questions
- Follow up on carts

- Order confirmations (automatic)
- Marketing (with consent)
- Support responses
